Network Activities
The following are some of the activities we coordinate:
- Scientific Meetings:
1.1 SynBioNT's Kick-off Meeting, 13-14 March 2009 - University of Nottingham
- Summer Schools:
- Networking Visits: We will coordinate a yearly programme of research visit.

- Sustainable Synthetic Biology Interdisciplinary Scholarship: Schedules of visits and other scholarly activities aimed at promoting synthetic biology to a wider academic audience.
- Supporting the European Conference on Synthetic Biology: Some of our members (Krasnogor, Valencia, de Lorenzo) were instrumental setting up this conference series.

- SynBioNT iGEM participation: Setting up the team that will represent SynBioNT in the international Genetically Engineered Machine competition.
- Societal Aspects of Synthetic Biology: A seminar series on societal issues raised by synthetic biology with a program of public engagement activities, science communication training for network members and media engagement activities will be developed.
